In the business world, there often comes a point when you need to coordinate a meeting with more than 2 people. While you can send countless emails back and forth trying to find a date and time that works for everyone, that method is rather tedious and time consuming. There are better ways to do it if all of the invitees are using something like Gmail or Microsoft Exchange Sever but how many times does that happen? The question remains, how do we coordinate all of our schedules easily?
The people at “Which Date Works” has the answer. Using Which Date Works, you can send an invite to to numerous email addresses allowing all of them to go to the meeting on the Which Date Works website and choose from the options “yes”, “no”, or “maybe” for each day you have suggested. In the end, you can set the final date after reviewing all of the invitee’s submissions. The best part, no one has to register!
