For some people, coming up with 140 characters for a tweet is just plain impossible. For others, they just don’t have time to read all of those incredibly long tweets. If either of these are you, you’re prayers have been answered! Introducing, Flutter, the new nano-blogging site. Flutter is essentially the same as Twitter but with a much smaller character limit.
